Prayer letter July 2009

平安！想借此信告诉你我的近况，也希望你能为我祷告，让在这里孤单的我，可以借着你们的祷告、神的看顾保守，更有信心及勇气地走下去。

感谢神的带领，让我战战兢兢地走过了工作的第一个月，也领了我的第一份薪水。在《全人关怀团队》里工作了一个多月，虽有出差错、疲惫、压力、无助等的时候，但我很感恩，最后都顺利地进行。这让我看到，人的尽头，神的开始。很多事情，人真的无法掌控，只能凭信心交托给神，让他来掌管带领。若合乎神的时间和他的心意，事情一定会办成功。过程让人不好受，但这却是神要我们学习交托的时候，让他成为这件事的神。感谢神带领我参加NECF主办的全国祷告营，让我获益不浅，使灵里干渴的我重新得力，再次展翅上腾。谢谢在营会中为我祷告的每个长辈，让我感到不已，倍受激励。赞美神，荣耀归给他！

代祷事项：
1. 工作上有喜乐与平安，也能够越来越清楚我的呼召与命定，更有能力的事奉神。
2. 保持与神亲密的关系，尊神的名为圣，以神为神。
3. 能够在这异地认识新朋友，也找到合适的教会及小组，让我有所属，可以继续事奉成长。
4. 有智慧地过单独一人居住的生活 -健康的身体，均衡的饮食，成长的灵命，工作休息有时，运动有时。。。
5. 早日拥有自己的交通工具 -- 二手车。
6. 与Joshua的关系。求神保守我们有健康荣耀神的关系，不因距离而出状况。

暂时想到这些。请在祷告中记念我吧！谢谢你。愿神赐福予你！

Shalom! I’m writing this letter to update u about me. Hope that u can pray for me so that the lone ranger here can continue the journey with faith and courage with your prayer and God’s protection.

I really thank God for this one month plus of time working in HISTEAM. By His grace, I manage to walk through and get my first pay. In this new place and new life of working, there are mistakes, stress, tiredness and time of helplessness. Anyway, I’m grateful…I’m still alive and well and things turn out to be successful. From all this experience, I learn that human is mere human. There are a lot of things which we can’t control and do. By faith, we commit it to God and let God leads us. If it’s God’s will, things will be done in His time and in His way. The process may be tough yet it’s a good chance for us to learn “let-go” and let God take full control of it. Thank God for bringing me to a national prayer camp organized by NECF Chinese commission. I learn a lot from the speakers about current issue in Malaysia and the morning devotion session renewed me spiritually. Thank God for the elders (ppl older than me) who pray for me. I’m truly touched and being encouraged by your prayer. Praise and glory to God!

Prayer Items:

1. Have joy and peace in working; find my calling and direction throughout my serving here so that I can serve more effectively.

2. Keep the intimate relationship with God, honour God and let God be God.

3. Get to know new friends here (an alien place to me). Find a suitable church and cell group so that I can attach to it, serve and grow in it.

4. Have wisdom to spend my time staying alone here – have good health, have balanced meal, growing spiritual life, work and rest accordingly, exercise time to time…

5. Have my own transport soon – a second hand car

6. Relationship with Joshua – healthy and pleasing God.

These are the items that I can think of. Thank you for remembering me in your prayer. May God bless you abundantly.
